What do we do?
a) We try to ensure that lands within the Royal Oak area are properly zoned to the benefit of the majority of residents within the said area, and that the zoning requirements are strictly adhered to and conform to the Local Area Plan;
b) We try to ensure that land-use development in the Royal Oak area has appropriate scrutiny and input by the Association with the view to protecting the geographical, historical, environmental, agricultural, business, and residential character of the area;
c) We try to ensure provision of appropriate park land and recreational land for the benefit of all residents in the Royal Oak and surrounding area;
d) We consider and act upon municipal, regional, provincial or federal issue which is the common concern of the residents of the Royal Oak area; and
e) We seek to further the spirit of community interaction among residents of the Royal Oak and surrounding area and to promote health and safety awareness.
